What Health requirements must my Dog meet before attending Day Care or Grooming?

To keep all our furry guests safe and happy, we have strict health requirements:
Vaccinations: 
Dogs must have received a C5 vaccination at least 14 days before check-in.
Flea & Worm Treatment: Pets must be treated for fleas and worms within one month before their visit.
Proof of Vaccination: A valid vaccination certificate must be provided upon booking or at least 14 days before check-in for daycare.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation of your booking.

Can my Dog get a Groom while at Day Care?

Absolutely! Why not let your pup enjoy a spa day and playdate all in one? When booking daycare, simply add grooming service or let us know and our team will do their best to schedule a pampering session during their stay.
That means your pup goes home tired, happy, and looking their best because playtime and pampering go paw-in-paw! 🐾

How much does any service cost?

The cost of grooming is determined by your dog’s breed, hair length, and the condition of their fur and skin. Our full pricelist can be viewed in our booking software system or on our "pricing page" below :)

Why does my Dog need to be desexed?

Accepted Answer

All dogs attending daycare must be desexed in accordance with the Dog and Cat Management Act.

This helps create a safe, stress-free environment for all our furry guests, reducing the risk of unwanted behaviors and ensuring playtime stays fun for everyone!

How do I book an appointment for daycare or grooming services?

Accepted Answer

Booking your pup’s next pamper session or playdate is as easy as a tail wag!
Select Your Service – Choose the grooming or daycare service your dog needs.
New to the Pack? – Click ‘New Customer’ and fill out our quick and easy form.
Provide Your Details – We’ll need your name, phone number, email, and an emergency contact (someone authorized to collect your pet if needed).
Make sure to keep your details up to date because we like to stay in touch, just like best   fur-iends should!

What are the opening hours?

Our doors are open for check-in and check-out tuesday to saturday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
To ensure a smooth drop-off and pick-up:
All pets must arrive on a leash or in a carrier.
If someone else is picking up your pup, please provide their details at check-in.
We’re all about convenience—because happy pups (and their humans) make for the best days!

Question 7

When should my Puppy come for their first Groom?

Accepted Answer

We recommend introducing your puppy to grooming after they’re 18 weeks old. The earlier they’re exposed, the more comfortable they’ll be! Even if they don’t need a full groom, early washes, dries, and tidy-ups will help them adjust to the experience.

Question 8

Can I stay and watch while you Groom my Pet?

Accepted Answer

For the safety and comfort of your pet, it’s best to drop them off at their scheduled appointment and return once their grooming is complete. Grooming requires focus and concentration, and distractions can make the process more difficult for both your pooch and our Grooming Stylist.

Question 9

What if I am not happy with my dogs groom?

Accepted Answer

We strive for tail-wagging satisfaction! Before your dog’s grooming appointment, our Grooming Stylist will discuss your preferences and any specific requests. Feel free to bring in a photo of the desired cut. If you’re not completely satisfied with the service, let our Customer Service team know within 48 hours, and we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Your pooch’s happiness (and yours) is our priority!
