Recently, we experienced an incident where our cancellation policy was not respected, which unfortunately impacted our dedicated team and operations.
To ensure we can provide the highest quality care for every dog, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will incur the full service fee.
